The solution of Digimaster 3 Insufficient Memory or File Copy Error

If your Yanhua Digimaster 3 meet error like this  below:

Error:

Cannot copy “LCB_ALFA_147.htm”. There is not enough free disk space.

 

Solution:

1. Turn off DigimasterIII and turn on again, when you enter Digimaster 3 system, there will be a notice asking to download a management program or black screen. Please ignore and press “keyboard” + “E” to enter the resource manager.

2. Find the “NandFlash” icon, double click “NandFlash”, delete the “YHTech” file folder. If the file folder cannot be deleted, please restart and try again.

3. After you delete the file, copy the necessary “YHTech” file folder and “NK_D3.ROM” file to SD card.

4. Press “1” + “Keyboard” and turn on the power switch, start to refresh the inner core.

5. When the inner core refresh is finished, and the Digimaster III start icon can be seen, press the “F1” and “5” button in turn immediately, copy files from the SD card to FLASH.

6. When copy finished, you’ll be able to turn it on successfully.

- You will need an eeprom programmer, pdf manuals, mileage calculator software and Brain.exe.

I do a better job with 300 usd.

 

- I have over $30,000 invested and can do most US/Japanese euro is another story as is yearly updates expect to pay $5000-$10,000 a year updates.

Main tools are Smelecom DSP3, Diag Prog 4, Jprog, Enigma all of which with an up to date full OBD & EEprom package will run $6500-$13,000 each.

Don't forget a good scanner Autel 906 or better will do and a laptop with windows 7.

Here is the step-by-step tutorial of VW Touran odometer correction with Digiprog 3 v4.94 mileage programmer,
By OBD, Only in 1 5 minute.
Step1:Connect Digiprog iii with W211 via car OBD connector.
Power up Digiprog iii and you see notice information, just say yes.
Then enter password to open main menu.
Old mileage:273322km
Step 2:
Select:COCHE/CARRO ->vw->TOURAN->-2010->TACHO->DIAG

Here is the old milega 70001km

connect DP3(digiprog 3) to the car by OBD

Then the DP3 power on
select:
COCHE/CARRO->SEAT->IBIZA->IBIZA 2008-(6J)->TACHO DIAG C32/C64






Note: if you doesn't know what dash type of your car, you select the Incorrect type like: 2.TACHO DIAG C32

How to adjust the mileage on 2008 Ford escape with Digiprog 3?

Have Digiprog iii to adjust the mileage on 2008 Ford escape, what's the correct pinouts?

Pinout:
This picture of pinout uses cable st48.


Question: I used the 48 but didn't work at start. so I switch to 35. not a lot info on those dashs. However, after trying to adjust the mileage on 2008 Ford escape with the wrong pinouts, dash is only displaying yellow airbag and the car doesn't start.
pulling the OBD codes it showing Theft detected vehicle immobilized. P1260


Answer:
Problem is you used cable 35 instead 48, cable 35 uses 12 v instead of 5 volts
MCU and voltage regulator.
if cheap enough start with order set of clocks.
in meantime, get ready to remove quick, plug dash back in see if any part of board gets hot

Update:
Just highlighting some updates for people that might have the same problem.
after frying the dashboard with wrong pinouts, I installed another used dashboard and immo was flashing. I reset the immo with the keys using Autel. now the car started again.
how can I adjust the new dash to the original mileage. I see two pinouts bellow:


to mention that my 35 and 48 cables are Chinese so wiring color is deferent might help to point out the location with pinout number in digiprog 3.

Last but not least:
This has been posted dozens of times if you did a search, but has some extra info.
First thing you do is modify the cables to the right colors.
Second thing you do is not substitute cables.
